Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Ultimate Flash Face Full handles information when you visit this website. We aim to collect as little personal information as possible. The game runs entirely in your browser over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and you can play without creating an account.
Nothing Is Installed or Downloaded
The face-building game on this site is developed and hosted entirely by us — it is not an embedded third-party service. It does not download software to your device, does not request access to your files, camera, or microphone, and processes everything inside the browser tab. Any image you choose to export or save is a file you initiate yourself; we never upload your face creations to our servers.
Information You Provide
You may choose to contact us by email. When you do, we receive the information included in your message, such as your email address and any feedback or support details you provide.
Google Sign-In (Optional)
An account is only needed if you purchase full access. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, verified email address, and profile photo URL from Google, and store them in our own database to create your account, link your purchase to you, and let you use full access on any device. We use Google only for sign-in — we do not access any other Google data, and we do not send your personal information to Google beyond the sign-in exchange itself.
Payments (Stripe)
Purchases are processed by Stripe, a payment provider trusted by millions of businesses. Your card number, expiry date, and security code are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are never seen by, sent to, or stored on our servers. We keep only a minimal payment record — such as the fact that your purchase succeeded, the amount, and a Stripe reference — so we can grant and verify your access and support you if something goes wrong.
Technical Information
Any website you visit must exchange network requests with its server, and those requests naturally carry basic connection details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. Our hosting provider processes this limited technical information only as needed to deliver the site securely and to keep it running. These logs are not used to build profiles, and your IP address is never linked to your face creations.
How We Use Information
Information we hold is used to operate the game, respond to your messages, process and verify purchases, investigate technical issues, improve the site, and maintain a safe and reliable service. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
Data Retention and Deletion
We keep account and purchase records only as long as your account is active or as needed for payment recordkeeping. You can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing us below; after deletion, full access tied to that account will end.
