Terms of Use
Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using Ultimate Flash Face Full, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the game.
The Service
The face-building game and everything on this website are developed, hosted, and operated by us. The game runs entirely in your web browser over an encrypted HTTPS connection. It is not an embedded third-party service, it does not install or download any software to your device, and it does not require any browser plugin or extension.
Permitted Use
You may use the website and game for personal, lawful, and non-commercial entertainment or creative purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt to bypass security or payment measures, or use the service in a way that harms others or violates applicable law.
Accounts and Purchases
Playing the game does not require an account. Full access is a one-time purchase unlocked through an optional Google sign-in and paid for via Stripe's secure checkout. Purchases are tied to your Google account so you can use them on any device; please keep your account credentials secure and do not share your access or purchased access codes in ways outside the terms they were issued under (for example, a classroom code pack may only be used as permitted for your class). We may suspend access in cases of fraud or clear abuse.
Your Creations
Faces you build are created locally in your browser. You own what you make and you control whether to export, save, or share it. We do not collect or host your face images.
Intellectual Property
The website design, written content, branding, and original materials on this site may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without permission. Third-party assets remain the property of their respective owners.
Disclaimer
Ultimate Flash Face Full is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we secure the site with HTTPS and follow widely accepted web security practices, we do not guarantee that the website or game will always be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use when the site changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
